I am a dedicated liaison/ support coach at Biscochito. With a deep commitment to providing exceptional care and support, I focus on ensuring our clients receive the best possible services tailored to their needs. My strength in problem solving and attention to detail enable me to address challenges efficiently. My role at Biscochito allows me to combine my passion for helping others with my coaching experience, making a positive  impact on the lives of those we serve.

I am a native New Mexican and grew up helping raise my brother who has Down’s Syndrome. This experience instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and responsibility from a young age. In the past I have worked with adults with disabilities and being able to make a positive impact on their lives meant alot to me. I also worked over twenty years in the food industry, where I honed my skills in customer service and management. I became a coach at Biscochito because I wanted to be of service to others in a different way, leveraging my background and passion for caregiving.

I bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to my work. I effectively communicate and provide guidance, ensuring that both caregivers and clients feel supported and understood. I strive to create a warm and supportive atmosphere for everyone I work with, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for. I am friendly and outgoing and I love to laugh. Family is important to me and being able to have a work/life balance is important. I love being a part of Biscochito and helping to make a difference in this world and the world of caregiving.
