As a licensed psychotherapist & organizational leadership coach, I bring a positive mental health and human connection lens to everything we do at Biscochito! My role involves working closely with the team to ensure that everyone, from staff to those we serve, feels heard, seen, supported, and valued. I’m dedicated to fostering a culture of empathy and compassion, which I believe is essential for creating a healthy and creative work environment. Additionally, I lead weekly organizational nervous system-based coaching, helping team members build and enhance positive relationships that strengthen our work and community.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Justice Studies and have extensive experience in restorative justice and prison re-entry work. After obtaining my master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, I am now pursuing a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology from the same institute. My passion for understanding people led me to become a therapist, where I find joy in helping others feel safe to express their authentic selves.
