Kiyo Phelan
I am devoted to ensuring the smooth and seamless administration of onboarding clients, organizing caregivers, facilitating paperwork and delivering customer service in efficient and kind ways.
I am kind, smart, patient, cooperative, quiet, funny, and brave (enough to live in a different country).
While I love living in America, I worry about my parents in Japan. I won’t be there to support and help them as they age like I would like to be. By working with Biscochito, and helping it to run smoothly, I know I can help other people’s parents whose children can’t be with them the way they want. And maybe I will learn a few things that will help my sister in Japan as she supports our parents.
I was born and raised in Japan before moving to the United States in 2008. I received my BA in Music Education from Kunitachi College of Music in Tokyo in 1997, and hold a Junior high/ High-school teaching license in Japan. I’ve worked with Kimberly and the team for 10 years, and they are my American family.
