Flexible Ways to Care
At Biscochito, we know that caregiving doesn’t fit into a single mold. Some caregivers thrive with consistent, weekly schedules, while others prefer flexibility or occasional shifts. To support both our caregivers and those we serve, we offer multiple caregiving roles—and we work closely with each person to find the best fit.
Caregiver Roles at Biscochito
-
Full-Time & Part-Time Caregivers
Regular, consistent shifts with ongoing client relationships. -
Substitute / On-Call Caregivers
Many caregivers move between roles as their lives change. What starts as on-call may become part-time, or part-time may grow into full-time. -
Evolving Roles Over Time
A flexible role designed for experienced caregivers who want to support coverage when needs arise—such as when a caregiver is sick, on vacation, or when schedules temporarily shift.
Our goal is not to place you into a fixed box, but to build a relationship that supports your schedule, lifestyle, and capacity—while ensuring continuity of care for those we serve.
Not Sure What Role Is Right for You?
That’s okay. Many caregivers who apply are exploring which role makes sense for them right now. Once you apply, we’ll talk through your availability, interests, and experience together and determine the best place to start.
