My role is vital in creating a supportive and positive environment for both caregivers and the administration team. By ensuring every person in Biscochito has the resources and assistance they need, I foster a culture of appreciation and open communication, which not only enhances morale but also improves overall team effectiveness and patient care. I am dedicated to making them feel seen, valued, and heard, which is instrumental in promoting their well-being and job satisfaction. I am also part of a crucial role in bridging the gap between marketing, social media, and technology. I ensure that caregivers receive the support and resources they need, which helps us enhance a community where caregivers feel valued and informed.

I am friendly, loving, observant, loyal, patient, and my favorite thing about myself, I am extremely dedicated.

I was born and raised here in Santa Fe. My parents both immigrated from Mexico and worked very hard to adapt to a new country as well as provide everything I needed growing up. Due to their hard work, it taught me great values and has helped shape me into the person I am today. 

I’ve worked in various roles supporting caregivers and family members of people who need support for the last 4 years. I am especially good at helping connect people with the activities and opportunities in their larger community.
