If a visit is canceled with less than 24 hour notice and Service Provider is unable to fill the shift, Client will be charged 60% of the total visit amount.
Care on Call is billed in full hour increments of $45 per hour.
Yes, your Care on Call provider can assist with such things as running errands, shopping and driving you to appointments. These services are billed at an additional $0.67 per mile.
Unless specifically authorized during service enrollment, Client is prohibited from giving the caregiver a check, credit card, or bank card (ATM, LINK, debit, etc.) for withdrawals, activation, or shopping. Likewise, Client will not provide confidential financial information to any employee of Biscochito.
The cash authorization form is available during enrollment. If you did not opt in to the cash authorization during enrollment, you can request one here.
Your Biscochito Caregiver will handle all cash transactions with integrity and transparency. The cash provided will only be used for the intended purposes as directed by you. Any remaining cash will be promptly returned to you along with receipts.
NO. We have a very strict policy preventing caregivers from accepting gifts or gratuities directly from clients.
